Himno a la realeza divina. El cuerpo hímnico (3s) está enmarcado entre dos aclamaciones (1s. 5). El orbe tiene firmeza y consistencia, como la tiene el trono regio de Dios (1s). También los decretos divinos gozan de estabilidad (5). Aunque el caos se levante contra la creación o contra la palabra divina, nada podrá, porque la voz de Dios es mucho más poderosa que el estruendo de las aguas (3s).
